POLICIES AND TERMS Terms and Conditions of Sale Net 30 days, F.O.B. St. Louis, Missouri. Carrier charges and insurance are prepaid and added as a separate charge on your invoice. All orders placed with P.J. Cobert Associates are subject to acceptance or rejection. P.J. Cobert Associates is not responsible for clerical errors.
Shipping Goods are generally shipped via UPS or U.S. Mail. Domestic air freight shipments by carriers such as Federal Express or Emery will be made only at the customer's request with the charges for the service to be borne by the customer.
Returns No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. If for any reason it is necessary to return materials to us, please contact us for forwarding instructions. This procedure will prevent delays and enable us to resolve the situation to your satisfaction. P.J. Cobert Associates is not liable for goods returned without authorization. Goods ordered in error or duplicate shipments made because confirming orders were not so marked will be subject to a restocking charge.
Order Cancellation Cancellation of orders is subject to approval by P.J. Cobert Associates, Inc. Service charges may be applied.

Warranty P.J. Cobert Associates, Inc. products are warranted to meet the quality and stated performances and be free of defects in material and workmanship. They are not warranted, nor does P.J. Damage Claims Should you receive damaged goods, it is imperative that you save all packing materials for inspection by the carrier. Once the goods are turned over to the carrier by us, they become your responsibility. While we assist you, all claims should be reported to the carrier immediately.
